We offer a variety of family history products, including digital downloads and physical items. Digital products are available immediately after purchase and do not require shipping. Physical items will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery before contacting us

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds on these products once purchased. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Physical products may be eligible for return if they are damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

All return requests for physical items must be authorized by our customer service team prior to returning the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
